The mighty Schahriar, Sultan of Persia, is a troubled man. A foul, black mood has taken hold of him, and he cares nothing for anyone, or anything. The kingdom is being neglected, and powerful Sheikhs eye his throne. Attempts to cheer him up have failed miserably, and the Sultan is drifting farther away from his people. In one last desperate attempt to bring joy back into the Sultan’s life, the clever girl Scheherazade creates a dream world of fabulous tales with the help of palace servants and slaves, and Sinbad the Sailor never had so much fun!

A wealthy Countess is being blackmailed, a time traveller has gone missing, and Moriarty, Sherlock's evil foes, is quickly amassing great wealth and power.
