FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND SCHOLARSHIPS

Our group believes that children should have the opportunity to participate in our programming despite financial obstacles. Therefore, we invite applicants who are able to demonstrate a financial need to apply for our financial aid program.  Financial aid applications are held in complete confidence.

A) Payment Plan
If a student has a financial issue regarding payment in full, and would like to request a payment plan, they may contact the artistic director at least one week prior to the first day of the program.

B) Full Program Fee Scholarship
For those families with proven financial need two scholarships will be awarded each year which would pay the complete costs of the selected program. (Main stage and/or summer Junior Players programs)

Eligibility:
Any child from ages 10 to 18 wishing to be part of a production or summer camp who has financial need can apply for a scholarship.

Application Process:
Complete the financial assistance application form (which you can download below in either MS Word or PDF format) and supply documentation of total household income, which could include a copy of a T4 income slip or wage stubs.

Submit a letter explaining any special circumstances that might not be noted on the financial assistance application form.

Applications will be received by the artistic director and then presented anonymously to the board of directors who will determine which students receive financial assistance.

The application form should be completed and returned at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the programming. If you are applying for multiple children, please complete a separate form for each child. A letter, via e-mail or mail, advising whether your application has been approved will be sent to you.
